Win Your Tuition Contest

1. Contest Period: The mystudenthookups.com contest begins at 12:00am Eastern Time on January 15, 2006 and ends at 11:59pm Eastern Time on November 30, 2006.
2. Eligibility: Students enrolled in recognized public or private college, diploma or university programs in the province of British Columbia. All contestants must be between 18 and 30 years of age. By entering the contest you agree to these and all of the following Official Rules.
3. Entry: One entry per person.
   
   You will be automatically entered into the contest when you purchase AND register a Student Hookups Card.
   
   You may enter without a purchase by sending: your name, address, telephone number, email address, age, college and program of study to:

4. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows:
   
   ONE (1) Grand Prize consisting of full Course Tuition for the current semester. Value of prize is a minimum of $300 and up to $1000 CND.
   
   Additional prizes may be added throughout the contest and will be awarded in order of their addition to the prize list.
5. Course Tuition Conditions: Tuition funds shall be used toward only the payment of tuition and books. The winner further agrees to provide documentation of attendance and enrollment in an accredited college or university, including documentation of tuition paid and student texts purchased.
6. Winner Notification: All selected winners at the first two levels of competition will be notified by e-mail, telephone, express delivery, and/or mail. Each selected winner will have 72 hours from the moment of such notification to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided therein. If a potential winner responds to such notification in a timely manner, he/she will be sent an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release by mail and must complete the required information. The affidavit must be returned within seven (7) days of their issuance. If a potential winner does not reply to the notification within 72 hours and does not return the properly signed documents within seven (7) days of their issuance, s/he will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. Any prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Releases: All participants, by entering the contest, agree to release the sponsors, subsidiaries, affiliates, Administrator, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages sustained in connection with or related to participation in the competition.
8. By entering this competition and/or accepting a prize, all entrants and winners consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures, or other likeness for advertising, promotional, and other purposes as determined by sponsor without further approval or compensation.
9. Disqualification: mystudenthookups.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or the Web Site or any web site related to the competition. Any entrant not following the "Terms of Service" will also be disqualified.
10. A complete list of winners will be available on the Web Site on or before November 15, 2006.

12. Trademarks, Copyrights & Restrictions: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in connection with the contest are proprietary to mystudenthookups.com and the contest sponsors. Except as otherwise provided herein, you may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, edit, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever, any materials from this Web Site without the prior written permission of mystudenthookups.com
